MISSIONARY BIOGRAPHIES
Michael and Sara Biskales
We are Michael and Sara and we have two children: We are Egyptian, born and raised between the Arab-Islamic culture as an Arab Christian with a call for mission among diaspora people.
We are new missionaries living in Germany. Our vision is to win people for the sake of the kingdom of God and our life is centered on the Gospel. We have a call from God to live among immigrants in Germany. We are interested in serving the dispersed people and connecting them with a forever church family. God also uses us for the sake of the Arabs where we have lived and known the LORD in the middle of the Eastern Culture and under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, we are participating in the spiritual movement that God is creating, We are in the heart of the movement. As servants of the LORD, we were called to leave our country and go win souls for the Kingdom of God. We believe that we are continuing in the field of service because of your encouragement and because there is a large family of the Church of Christ around the world praying for us. Please register to receive our prayer letter, via email or regular mail, so to that we may communicate with you and inform you of God’s work in us and through us.
Jose and France-Lise Oliveira
Our passion is to see servants of God in French-speaking Africa thrive in their ministry and family life.
Born in the Cape Verde Islands, I grew up in Senegal where I met Christ through the ministry of Mesa Global.I studied Theology in France and Missiology in the USA. I served as a pastor in Dakar from 1983 to 1989 and then as field director of UWM from 1990 to 1998
In 1997, France-Lise and I from the French Island of Guadeloupe contributed to the founding of Mission Inter Senegal, a holistic church planting agency which we served for 15 years. With over 3 decades of experience in ministry we are now focused on developing and encouraging leaders as well as counseling and matrimonial coaching throughout West Africa. We also serve as Regional Leaders for UWM Teams in West Africa.
We have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
Ray Ramos
Ray and Valerie Ramos was appointed by Mission to the Americas in August of 2001 for church planting in Brooklyn, NY. Ray’s ministry started as a partnership with Edwin Colon, Pastor of “New Baptist Temple” and long-time friend and fellow gang member with Ray. Ray & Valerie have a ministry to drug addicts and the “un-loveable” of Brooklyn, where they watch the lives of the hard-to-reach and hardly reached, transformed by the love of Christ. God is miraculously transforming prostitutes, drug addicts, Satan worshipers, gang members and criminals as the Good News of Jesus Christ is proclaimed and demonstrated to them.
Saved in 1993 from a life of drugs and alcohol, they began ministering and witnessing to people around them and started a Bible Study that has grown into a church. They direct half-way houses for addicts that have come to Christ.
